As the name suggests, from the solarium you have amazing views to three aspects, from the Mediterranean on the east through to the mountains in the west.

Casa de Tres Vistas is a new rental property coming to the market and has been completely redecorated internally and furnished to a high standard.

Accessed from an external staircase the lower floor of the property is in fact on the first floor of the building.

Distributed over two floors the duplex has the living accommodation, kitchen and toilet on the lower floor and the bedrooms, bathroom and terrace on the upper floor.

The lower floor has a covered glazed terrace at the entrance that creates a panoramic lounge-dining room with sliding windows and roller shutters to three aspects which can be opened and closed according to the climates requirements giving “the best of all worlds”.

Moving into the property you find the air conditioned open plan lounge diner kitchen and guest w.c.

On the upper floor there is a central hallway giving access to two double bedrooms with air conditioning; bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet, bidet and basin; and the Jewel In The Crown - the summer kitchen and large open solarium.

The summer kitchen has patio doors opening on to the solarium that has sea views and due to its orientation and elevation has all day sun which few properties could equal. Equipped with wall and base units, sink, washing machine, fridge and seating, the room is an excellent addition to the property and ideal for al fresco dining.

Bed linen and towels are provided and changed on a weekly basis plus a beach towel and hairdryer are also supplied to save taking up precious suitcase space.

Fibre optic wifi is installed, Spanish, UK and international television channels are available, there is a security safe for passports & jewelry, and all guests will be met and shown into the property and around the urbanization.

A secure allocated covered parking space is also available at 6 Euros per night.
