This is an exceedingly well appointed property benefitting from a considerable makeover creating a luxurious holiday residence.

The property comprises open plan lounge, diner and kitchen, and due to the design of the apartment the kitchen does not overpower the living space as is the case in some open plan properties.

The air conditioned living room is comfortably furnished with sofa, chair, new contemporary washed wood look furniture including television unit, cupboard and coffee table and a matching dining table with contrasting black leather upholstered chairs.

In the list of new additions to the property there are double glazed French doors that open fully allowing the inside to flow out on to the super sized terrace. There is also a Plisse mosquito screen for when required.

The aforementioned terrace has been retiled in a grey slate effect tile and there is more than ample room for sun loungers, dining table and chairs from which to take in the mountain views and stunning sunsets. A retractable sun awning is also installed over the doors.

Returning to the inside of the apartment and to the kitchen, this has also had some new appliances installed including a fridge freezer and washing machine. The kitchen has good storage space with wall and base units housing the full size oven, 4 ring hob and extractor whilst a very useful floor to ceiling store cupboard accommodates the hot water heater and other items such as ironing board and cleaning equipment.

The double bedroom has new furniture in a similar washed wood theme as the living room including bedside cabinets and chest of drawers alongside the double fitted wardrobe. Air conditioning and a remote controlled ceiling fan finish the room.

Finally there is a fully tiled bathroom with bath & shower over, toilet, bidet and basin. Access to the property can be either via stairs or lift and the location is a peaceful and quite one in which to enjoy time on the Bahia de Vera complex.

The apartment benefits free Wi-Fi, television with free to air English and Spanish channels and of course access to the two communal swimming pools.

Bed linen and towels are changed on a weekly basis. Pool towels are provided and Welcome Packs can be provided on request.

About the resort

The Bahia de Vera resort is low rise and has vehicle access to be able to unload your car and then park in the generous off road parking areas.

The Bahia de Vera development benefits a large outdoor swimming pool, covered indoor pool heated to a lovely 31 - 32°C through the winter months, a communal social room / library with free Wi-fi, table tennis table, tennis court and is only 200 metres from the beach.

In the locality there are several bars and restaurants which are open all year round and many more to chose from during the long summer season; a “high street” brand supermarket; and bus routes to Mojácar, Vera and surrounding areas.

Airport transfers to Almería and Murcia are approximately 60 and 80 minutes respectively and Alicante at around 2 hours.
