Under new ownership from July 2016 - The apartment has been decorated externally & internally throughout; updated and improved with new lighting, remote control ceiling fans, bathroom fittings, kitchen worktops, bed linen and towels for the revisiting guests for the remainder of the 2016 Summer season and Winter 2016/17 season.
Spring 2017 Update - All of the lounge and dining furniture has been replaced giving the room a lighter, brighter feel.
Air conditioning has been installed in the bedroom and the outside air conditioning units have had bespoke covers made to soften their appearance on the terrace.
Spring 2018 Update - Internally there is a new king size bed and bedside cabinets, an IPTV box providing all free to air UK television channels and a security safe. Externally a new canopy has been fitted to the retractable blind.
Spring 2019 Update - The bathroom has had a total refurbishment. The bath and shower screen have now gone as have all of the wall tiles. In their place there is now a double sliding door walk-in shower and with steel grey wall tiles.
Spring 2023 Update - The latest changes we have made include a water filter system that provides drinking water so you no longer have to carry water bottles from the supermarket and eliminates generating plastic waste.
We have had a faster fibre optic internet connection installed and also a larger selection of television channels.
Most recently we have had the terrace renovated replacing the original tiles and slabs with anti slip oak effect plank tiles.
The south facing ground floor apartment sleeps a maximum of 2 people and benefits an extended open outlook and takes many hours of sunshine.
The property comprises an open plan lounge diner that is comfortably furnished with sofa, chair, dining table and chairs, flat screen television, UK & Spanish television channels and Wi-fi. With patio doors leading out to the terrace that is furnished with sun loungers, a dining table and chairs, retractable sun awning and parasol, the combination of internal and external living space is generous and comfortable.
Off the lounge there is a bedroom with King size bed, built in wardrobes and patio doors to the terrace; a bathroom with bath and shower over, toilet, bidet and basin; and a fully fitted kitchen with full size oven, 4 ring hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave and is well equipped for a self-catering style holiday.
Bed linen and towels are provided and changed on a weekly basis plus a beach towel and hairdryer are also provided for you to save taking up precious suitcase space.
Should you wish to play a game of petanque then there are sets available, as is a shopping trolley to make your trip to Consum a little easier if you do not have a car. A cold box, parasol and beach chairs are also available for your use.

The Bahia de Vera resort is low rise and has vehicle access to be able to unload your car and then park in the generous off road parking areas.
The Bahia de Vera development benefits a large outdoor swimming pool with free sun beds and parasols, covered indoor pool heated to a lovely 32°C through the winter months, a communal social room / library with free Wi-fi, table tennis table, tennis court and is only 200 metres from the beach.
In the locality there are several bars and restaurants which are open all year round and many more to chose from during the long summer season; a “high street” brand supermarket; and bus routes to Mojácar, Vera and surrounding areas.
Airport transfers to Almería and Murcia are approximately 60 and 80 minutes respectively and Alicante at around 2 hours.
